The Group Has Arrived

My morning started at the usual hour, and I went to the younger girls' circle. My family and Bonnie made it in last night at around 10:30. They were tired, but glad they finally made it here. I had toddler duty this morning. We walked to the store and got suckers and drinks, watch the cows, watched Luis make bricks, and played on one of the playgrounds. It was quite an adventure today, but they had a great time, and were definitely tired out from all of the walking. I played with the special need children after that, and had a great time. My three favorites are probably Noehmy, Pedro, and Marie, although, I love them all. The Covenant group arrived at about 11:30, they were all so happy to finally be on orphanage grounds. Dunia, Marisol, and Osiris, are cooking for the team, and as always, it is wonderful. I ate lunch and dinner with some of the older boys. They are so funny, and like to practice their English, and I like to practice my Spanish. I went to the hospital in town today to drop off some medical supplies. I also had to run to the store and get cheese to make pizza for all of the children here. I got six pounds, after much hassle, and will most like have to get more tomorrow. I had a fabulous, passion fruit charamusca from Glenda's, and I like passion fruit now. I have never had passion fruit before, and it kind of tastes like grapefruit. Sorry, this blog is so short, but I am super exhausted. I will try to post some more pictures tomorrow. I love and miss you all!

Dear Entire Judd family and Bon Bon,

Anky and I were soooo relieved to hear (for sure) this morning that all of you and your entire mission group finally got there & SAFELY!! What an ordeal just trying to get to Honduras!!! We are eager to hear how long the taxi ride lasted and how long the orphanage's school bus ride took!

It continues to be HOT here with just a little bit of rain. As of last night, the garbage and recycling containers were out, your lawn and plants were fine, as well as all of your beloved critters!

The Bordelons and the Bocks, and all of our beloved critters are status quo.

Hope y'all have a very fruitful, Christ-filled time with everyone at the orphanage. I know they are going to love the suitcases of treasures you brought them!

Hopey, pleaseeeeee continue to journal us each day. Would you also tell us what the rest of our clan (including Bon Bon) are doing each day. In fact, we would love to hear from anyone else in the clan. While you, and now all of you are gone, we really, really, look forward to each day's posting!! We are also eagerly reading Jody's mission group's postings from Ecuador each day. It sounds like they are making a monumental difference in many lives where they are at also.

Blessings & Christ's Peace to All in Honduras, Love, CIS
